BriAnne Copp – BriAnne Copp is senior counsel in Greenspoon Marder's Matrimonial and Family Law practice group. She advises clients on all aspects of family and matrimonial matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, hotly contested divorce proceedings, custody and child support disputes, post-judgment actions and appeals. BriAnne has appeared before the Supreme and Family Courts throughout New York and successfully argued appeals before the Appellate Division, First Department.  

 

BriAnne has been practicing matrimonial and family law exclusively since 2012. Prior to transitioning to family law, Brianne was an associate in the commercial litigation department at Milbank LLP. She is able to draw on her experience in diverse areas of law including contract litigation, complex corporate and partnership disputes, bankruptcy, trusts and estates, and immigration proceedings in order to better serve her clients. In addition to being an experienced litigator, BriAnne is also a trained mediator through the Center for Understanding in Conflict.  BriAnne has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.


BriAnne lives in Putnam County with her husband and three boys.

Marla Neufeld Marla Neufeld is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology practice group, which she founded, and represents parties working with a surrogate, egg, sperm or embryo donor. Marla is licensed in Florida. Drawing from her own personal journey with infertility and the use of a gestational surrogate, Marla utilizes her transactional law background and combines it with her compassion and understanding of the surrogacy and adoption process. She is frequently sought after to speak or comment on surrogacy issues and has been featured in a variety of publications including Women’s Health, Today, and Bloomberg Law, and Marla co-authored a book published by the American Bar Association titled, The ABA Guide to Assisted Reproduction: Techniques, Legal Issues, and Pathways to Success. Marla has received a several recognitions including being names a “Florida Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyers magazine, a “Rising Star” by the Daily Business Review, and being awarded the “Distinguished Legal Writing Award” at the Burton Awards held by Law360. 

Marla lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband and twin boys.

Whitney Gulden – Whitney recently joined the Matrimonial & Family law practice group in Greenspoon Marder’s New York office. Whitney received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School (where she was a Family Law & Policy Fellow) and undergraduate degree from Trinity College. 

Whitney has been trained as a mediator by the New York Peace Institute.  She has mediated cases pro bono, at the Kings County Small Claims Court. Prior to joining Greenspoon Marder, Whitney was employed at a boutique matrimonial firm in New York City and a boutique Trusts & Estates firm in Darien, CT.    

Whitney lives in Manhattan with her furry baby.
